Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the YourSurveyReport platform ("Service") operated by YourSurveyReport ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

YourSurveyReport provides a software platform that enables professional surveyors to create, manage, and share property inspection reports with their clients. The Service includes a mobile application for surveyors and a web-based client portal for viewing and downloading reports.

2. Eligibility

The surveyor-facing application is available to registered users who hold an active subscription. The client portal (report viewing) is accessible to anyone who holds a valid report link shared by a licensed surveyor.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the surveyor application requires a paid subscription, processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not handle payment card data directly — all billing is managed by the relevant app store and RevenueCat.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Share report links with unauthorised third parties beyond the intended client.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Upload content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are the property of YourSurveyReport or its licensors. Survey reports generated through the platform remain the intellectual property of the surveyor who created them. We claim no ownership over report content.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourSurveyReport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
